Bean already exists: "weblogic.j2ee.descriptor.wl.JDBCPropertyBeanImpl@176f6ab6([sybasePool]/JDBCDriverParams/Properties/Properties[user])"

1. cd $DOMAIN_HOME
2. cd config/jdbc
3. Delete to xml file of config
4. Restart server
